the restaurant winning an amazing 17 awards, including five
times R&CIA best byo restaurant. Three gold plates unlicensed
dining, most improved restaurant 2007 and 2008 R&CIA, a framed chef
honour 2007 R&CIA. " Three times chef of the year 2007,2008 and 2009.
".Stephen is now a member of the Australian National Team winning his first International gold medal in Singapore 2010.
